Adrian Alonso (Adrianillo) is responsible for this website and the processing described here. Contact: hol@adrianillo.com.
hol.adrianillo.name is a personal website about Heirs of Laelaps, a free game with no ads or in-app purchases. This website does not offer purchases, payments, subscriptions, contracts or donations, or place its own advertisements or affiliate links. YouTube videos may show advertising managed by Google.
This policy covers the website only. For data processing inside the game, consult the app policy in its Google Play and App Store listings.
2. Data processed when you visit
There are no forms, accounts, comments, newsletters or first-party analytics. Hostinger provides hosting and security and processes the connection data needed to deliver pages and prevent abuse: IP address, date and time, requested address, browser, operating system and technical headers.
The owner does not create a visitor database or download copies of those logs. The owner may consult logs provided by Hostinger to administer and protect the website. Having the provider manage this data does not remove the owner's responsibilities as data controller.
The owner does not sell data or use it for advertising, profiling or tracking across websites. Voluntary email contact and YouTube videos are explained separately.
3. Hostinger technical cookies
Hostinger's CDN may check the browser to block attacks and malicious traffic. After a successful check, it may save a verification cookie, such as hcdn, to avoid repeating the check during its validity period. This does not happen on every visit.
Its lifetime depends on Hostinger's verification period; its browser verification documentation does not specify a single duration. When used exclusively for necessary website security, it does not require prior consent under Article 22.2 of Spain's LSSI.
4. Hosting and external links
Hostinger hosts the website and may deliver its files through a content delivery network (CDN). Its security check may appear before you reach the page.
This website serves its images and scripts from its own domain and uses device fonts. Its code does not integrate Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Google Ads or reCAPTCHA. YouTube connects only after you accept optional cookies.
Links to Google Play, the App Store, the blog and other websites open external services. Their own policies apply when you follow them; doing so does not accept this website's cookies.
5. Purposes, legal bases and retention
- Delivering and protecting the website: the legitimate interest in its availability and security (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Technical logs are retained as necessary to provide the service, detect and investigate incidents and meet legal obligations. Operational retention depends on the log type and Hostinger's configuration; the owner keeps no additional copies.
- Remembering your cookie choice: technical storage needed to respect your decision, exempt from consent. It lasts 180 days unless you change or withdraw it or clear site data.
- Loading YouTube: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and LSSI Article 22.2). Provider retention is explained in section 10.
- Answering emails: the legitimate interest in responding to voluntary enquiries; a legal obligation for rights requests (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)). Messages are kept while resolving the enquiry and, where necessary, for the statutory period covering resulting liabilities.
Hostinger's data processing addendum provides for deletion of customer data 30 days after service termination, subject to the applicable conditions and exceptions. That contractual provision does not mean all visit logs are kept for 30 days.
6. Providers and international transfers
Hostinger provides hosting, CDN, security and email as a processor, through the entity identified in the contract and its authorised subprocessors. Its data processing addendum sets out the conditions, subprocessors and safeguards, including standard contractual clauses when required for processing outside the European Economic Area.
Google / YouTube receives data when you allow its videos. For users in the European Economic Area, Google identifies Google Ireland Limited as controller for its services. See its privacy policy and international transfer safeguards, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Data may also be disclosed to authorities where legally required. You can request information about safeguards using the contact in section 1.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, where applicable, at hol@adrianillo.com. You can also withdraw YouTube consent at any time using the footer, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Requests will normally receive a response within one month. If complexity requires a lawful extension, you will be informed within that month. Additional identification will only be requested where necessary. A date or other reference to your visit may be needed to locate connection data; the owner will seek Hostinger's assistance where appropriate.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
8. Necessary data and security
You do not need to create an account or contact the owner to read the website. Connection data is necessary to serve it; blocking Hostinger's verification or technical cookies may prevent access or repeat the check. Rejecting YouTube still allows you to read the game information and access the stores.
The owner does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects or profile visitors. HTTPS and hosting access and security controls are used; these measures are reviewed and cannot remove all Internet risks.
9. Cookies and local storage
Cookies and local storage save information in your browser. This website distinguishes necessary technical storage from optional YouTube videos.

The preference is saved in this browser, without sending it to the owner's database. The browser may physically retain an expired local value until you visit again or clear it, but the website does not treat it as valid consent.
10. Third-party cookies: YouTube
The trailer and new-level video are hosted on YouTube. Before acceptance, only a local image appears: no player, thumbnails, scripts or connections to YouTube are requested.
Accepting allows a connection to Google, which receives your IP address, request origin, browser data and player usage information, and may read or save cookies and identifiers. Videos may start automatically without sound, if your browser permits it.
The player uses YouTube's Privacy Enhanced Mode (youtube-nocookie.com). According to Google, views in this mode do not personalise the YouTube experience or advertising outside this website; any ads in the player are non-personalised. This mode does not prevent all data processing or replace your consent.
Google may use playback, security and measurement technologies. As examples, its cookie documentation describes YSC for session security, PREF for preferences for 8 months after last use, and __Secure-ROLLOUT_TOKEN to measure new features for 6 months. These are service examples, not a claim that all are set by this player: actual storage varies with the browser, region and interactions.
If you leave the player for YouTube, that destination's terms apply, including your account and advertising settings. See Google's privacy policy for its processing, retention and controls.
11. Accept, reject or withdraw your choice
Accept cookies enables YouTube videos. Reject cookies keeps them blocked. Both options appear in the same notice and the game information is available either way. Browsing or scrolling is not acceptance.
In the footer, Cookie settings lets you change your decision and Withdraw consent disables players and clears the saved choice. The change also applies to other tabs of this website where the browser allows shared storage.
Your decision lasts 180 days. If purposes, optional providers or conditions requiring a new decision change, consent will be requested again. Older acceptances without a valid date or version do not enable videos.
Withdrawal does not delete cookies or data already saved on Google's domains or undo earlier processing. Use your browser settings to clear that storage. This website only removes its own consent keys.
12. Browser cookie controls
You can block or clear cookies and site data in the privacy settings of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. Look for “Cookies”, “Website data” or “Clear browsing data”; the exact path varies by device and version.
Clearing this website's data removes your choice and blocks videos again. To clear Google or YouTube data, also remove storage for their domains. If your browser prevents saving preferences, your choice applies only to the open page and you will be asked again when navigating.
13. Enquiries and policy changes
If you email hol@adrianillo.com, your address and message are used to handle your enquiry, with the bases and retention described in section 5. They are not added to an advertising list. Send only the information needed to resolve your enquiry.
This policy will be updated when the website, its providers or processing change. The review date appears at the top. Relevant changes will be announced on the website and fresh consent requested where necessary.
